Why can I not see any course content?

Our online courses are developed for each and every one of our clients individually. They include floor plans of the business' premises and are therefore confidential. If you wish to see an example of a course please contact us and we will arrange for you to have access to our example programmes.

What is covered in the courses?

Each course is designed around the needs of the organization commissioning the programme. We consider the regulations covering the business to ensure that compliance is met with regards to training.

How is the course delivered?

All of our programmes are different as our clients needs vary. Many of our customers choose to have just an on-line course that their employees can access when they have the time, others choose to run the on-line course in association with classroom based teaching.

What will my organisation have to prove that the course has been taken?

Each course has a questionaire at the end. This is completed by the delegate and submitted to train-online.biz. We then mark the paper and return it to the organisation for information.

Why have a questionaire?

Many organisations like to keep records of training. In fact, if a business is audited for health & safety compliance then training records will show an inspector that training has taken place. Experience has shown us that the Health & Safety Executive place great emphasis on the employee training records as proof of compliance - and the completed questionaire can be that proof.
